Note: All participants must carefully and carefully read the '2023 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon Participation Statement' and '2023 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon Registration Instructions' and other relevant documents before registration, and after you submit the registration information, it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the contents of the above documents and sign and submit the participation statement.

As a participant, I agree to sign this statement by submitting registration information online, and shall not refuse to fulfill the commitments and obligations under this statement on this ground. I, my guardian, administrator, legal representative, and anyone who may bring a claim or lawsuit on my behalf make the following statements:

1. I voluntarily participate in the '2023 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon' and all event-related activities (hereinafter referred to as the 'Competition'), and I confirm that I have the corresponding civil capacity and civil liability capacity to participate in this event, and have obtained the consent of my guardian;

2. I confirm that I fully understand and agree to abide by the regulations, rules, regulations, requirements and measures formulated by the Organizing Committee and the co-organizers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the 'Organizers'), and I know, understand and agree that the notices sent by the Organizers to SMS, WeChat or email contain important content, and I have the obligation to check them in a timely manner, and shall not deny the validity of the relevant notices due to my own reasons such as not opening the information;

3. I confirm that I have carefully read the reminder of the organizer on all the risks that may occur when the runners participate in this marathon (including but not limited to the risk of personal injury or death that may arise due to this marathon), and I hereby expressly agree that I will bear the risks and responsibilities that may exist in participating in the race;

4. I promise that I have undergone a physical examination through a regular medical institution, and conducted a self-assessment in combination with the examination report, to confirm that my physical condition can adapt to long-distance running and meet the requirements of participating in the marathon, and I promise to be willing to bear the risks that may be brought about by the participation (including but not limited to the risk of personal injury or death that may arise from this exercise) and all the consequences arising therefrom, and I guarantee that I am responsible for my personal safety during the competition;

5. I shall be fully responsible for personal injury, partial or permanent disability, death, medical or hospitalization expenses, property damage, any form of theft or property loss that occurs during my participation in this competition and during the whole process of participating in the competition, and the organizer shall not be liable for any form of compensation.

6. I authorize the organizer and the media designated by the organizer to use my portrait, name, voice and other personal information for the publicity and promotion of the event free of charge.

7. I will provide the organizer with my identity document to verify my identity and qualifications, ensure that the identity documents and documents submitted are true and valid, and assume all responsibilities arising from the provision of false information.

8. I promise to register for the competition in my own name, and not to transfer the qualification and number bib obtained after registration to others in any way, and bear all the responsibilities and consequences arising from the transfer of the qualification and number bib;

9. I agree not to damage, alter or cover the official bib number of the marathon before and during the race, and agree that the organizer has the right to disqualify me from the race if it discovers such violation.

10. I agree to comply with the requirements of the referees, medical personnel and security personnel during the race, and take the initiative to withdraw from the race if the race is not completed at the cut-off time, when I am unwell or when there is an emergency on the track, and I will bear all the responsibilities and consequences arising from my insistence on the race;

11. I agree to accept on-site first-aid medical treatment provided by the organizer during the competition, but I shall bear the relevant expenses incurred in the hospital.

12. I agree that the organizer has purchased group life insurance (including accident insurance and sudden death insurance) for the insured, and I confirm that I have known and agreed to the relevant contents of the insurance contract. In view of the fact that the marathon has certain competitive risks, except for participants over the age of 18 with full capacity for civil conduct, all participants shall be signed by their guardians, administrators and legal representatives by submitting registration information online on the signing page of this agreement, so as to indicate that the guardians, managers and legal representatives of the participants recognize their participation and bear the possible risks and responsibilities of participating in the '2023 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon'.

I and my guardian, administrator and legal representative have fully understood and agreed to the above content, and in participating in this competition, I guarantee the authenticity of my identity/age, and this document shall be signed and confirmed by me and my guardian, manager and legal representative in person by submitting registration information online, and shall not refuse to fulfill the commitments and obligations under this statement on this ground. Signing in a false name will be regarded as a breach of contract, and I, my guardian, administrator, legal representative and the impostor will bear all legal and compensation liabilities arising therefrom.

The organizer reserves the right to interpret this activity.
