The 2022 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon will start at 07:30 on December 25 at Hengqin Financial Island Central Park. The contestants are most concerned about the information on the collection of the entry items and the requirements of the participants! In order to ensure that everyone finishes the race smoothly, smoothly and safely when collecting items, please read carefully and strictly abide by it.

Participant requirements

(1) When entering the competition area on December 25, you must measure the temperature and check the negative nucleic acid test result of Yue Kang Code within 24 hours or the negative result of the 'antigen test record' of the Guangdong antigen mini program within 24 hours.

(2) Sign the 'Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment' online before the competition, promising to consciously carry out health monitoring, truthfully report the monitoring situation, and have no one of the ten symptoms of the new crown.

(3) The competition implements real-name management, and players conduct self-health monitoring 3 days in advance.

(4) Wear KN95 or N95 masks at all times, except during the competition.

(5) It is recommended that participants from other cities come to Zhuzhu with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

Possession regulations

Collecting items is a necessary part of the preparation before the competition, and must meet the relevant regulations of the participation instructions before receiving the goods. Please read the following rules carefully ↓

1. [Only the contestant can collect it, not on behalf of the contestant] All items must be collected by the contestant himself, and any items are not accepted, please be sure to bring the original ID document used for registration before collecting the items , the organizing committee of players with different personnel and certificates will refuse to issue them with entry items. Acts that seriously endanger public safety due to providing false documents or deliberately concealing their itinerary and health status will be reported to the relevant departments for legal responsibility.

*If you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, you can send an email to the official email address of the event OC@hengqinmarathon.com apply for the mail bag service (postage on delivery). The email states: entry number, name, ID number, telephone number, and delivery address, and the application closes after 17:30 on December 30, 2022.

2. Wear a mask, measure body temperature, verify Yue Kang code, and enter after security check. After collecting the items and during the competition day, pay attention to personal protection, it is recommended not to gather or leave the pearl, maintain two points and one line, and pay attention to completing an antigen test or a negative nucleic acid test result within 24 hours before entering the competition day on December 25. If there is a positive nucleic acid or antigen test, the participation program should be stopped immediately.

3. Runners under the age of 18 must sign the 'Confirmation of Insurance Application for Minor Insured' by their guardians at the same time as the collection of the property, and the insurance can take effect. Please pay attention to the relevant guidelines or consult the on-site staff when collecting the goods, and complete the confirmation letter in time.

4. It is advocated that participants from other cities take a nucleic acid test before coming to collect equipment, and those with negative results can go to Zhuzhu.

5. The following persons are not allowed to go to the collection site:

(1) Check that the health code is red or yellow.

(2) Those who have one of the following symptoms and have not seen a doctor to exclude new coronary pneumonia. Symptoms include fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhoea.

(3) Inbound personnel fail to complete measures such as centralized isolation and home health monitoring in accordance with relevant requirements.

6. For participants who do not comply with the above relevant regulations, the organizing committee has the right to refuse to participate and issue equipment for participation.

Due to the limited number of parking spaces at the collection location, in order to ensure that the contestants can collect their items conveniently and smoothly, it is strongly recommended that the contestants take public transportation (including buses, ride-hailing cars, taxis, etc.) to collect the items.

(1) Public transportation

1. Bus

Get off at International Convention and Exhibition Center Station: Take No. 14, 61, 62, 86, 87, 89, K10, K11, K11, N20, Z30 to 'International Convention and Exhibition Center Station' and walk for 6 minutes (about 460 meters) to the Shizimen CBD.

Get off at Shizimen Station: Take No. 14, 61, 62, 86, 87, 89, K10, K11, K11, K11, N20, Z30, Z40, Z58 to 'Shizimen Station', walk for 8 minutes (about 530 meters) to reach the Shizimen Central Business District.

Get off at Peking University Star of Hope Station: Take No. 14, 61, 62, 86, 87, N20, Z30 to 'Peking University Star of Hope Station' and walk for 12 minutes (about 980 meters) to reach the Shizimen CBD.

2. EMU/urban rail station

(1) Zhuhai Station (about 8.8 kilometers from Shizimen CBD).

Recommended route 1: Take No. 89 (get on 'City Rail Zhuhai Station' and get off at 'International Convention and Exhibition Center'), walk to Shizimen Central Business District (about 460 meters);

1. The peak collection of participating items is the whole day of December 24, in order to avoid unnecessary queuing and meet the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, all participants are specially reminded to arrange their time reasonably and pick up their personal items at different peaks.

2. Due to the long production period of the costumes, the production has been carried out before registration, and the organizing committee tries its best to meet the size needs of the contestants and recommends that the contestants receive them as soon as possible. Please note that once the competition uniform is issued, it will not be returned or exchanged.
