Runners who cannot continue to participate due to the postponement of the race should log in to the official website of the 2022 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon or the personal center of the 'Mara Mara' App or the personal center of the 'Digital Heart' App to complete the withdrawal application before 16:00 on December 23. The registration fee will be refunded through the original payment channel within 15 to 20 working days.
3. Runners who purchase Hengqin Marathon Direct Quota and Hotel Package , If you cannot continue to participate due to the postponement of the event, please scan the QR code below before 16 o'clock on December 25, register the single name, mobile phone number and package order number (one person can register for each package), and we will refund the full amount through the original payment channel within 15 to 20 working days after the end of the competition.
