In commemoration of the 2022 Hengqin Marathon, Nanguang Boan gave the Hengqin Marathon Macao participants a souvenir 'Macao Themed Blind Box'! This is also the first appearance of Macao Chaotoy Blind Box in the mainland!

In addition to distributing event welfare souvenirs, Nanguang Bo also provides some warm tips to pay attention to when participating in marathon events.
First, do a good job of relaxing before the game
Cut the toenails short and flat before training and competition;
Sportswear: should follow the principles of loose, breathable and sweat-absorbent, and clothes should not be too much or too little;
Running shoes: you should choose running shoes that are light, comfortable, breathable and wear-resistant;
Socks: It is not recommended to wear new socks, new socks are easy to rub with feet, serious cases will grind out blisters, it is recommended to choose sweat-absorbing, seamless socks;
Laces: Do not tie too tightly, so that there is no obvious pressure on the feet.
2. Prepare for activities
